What has been your biggest professional achievement so far?

When I left school, my focus was sport/tennis. I was awarded a full tennis scholarship to attend the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Whilst there studying and competing, I was awarded “Most Valuable Player” and “Best Singles Record”.

In my corporate career I was awarded:

The “Volvo SA MD’s Special Award for Excellence for achieving highest levels in leadership and service.”

I’ve won numerous performance incentive trips where I got to go to the Belgium Grand Prix, the Ice Hotel, Croatia, and the Volvo Crash Test Centre in Sweden, to name a few.

 All with the most incredible group of people.

What does your role involve at TankSafe®?

I manage a busy office and have a variety of roles, including marketing, sales, and design.

Sometimes I’ll help pack in the warehouse - we’re a fairly small team and we all support each other where needed.

What’s your background?

·
PR and marketing in the newspaper, hotel, and contract catering Industries.

· Over 17 years in the motor industry as a fleet sales manager, sales manager and then dealer principal.

· Functions co-ordinator, social media design and management, and website design.

What’s on your wishlist for the next 5 years at TankSafe®?

·
To grow our customer database

· To create an even bigger awareness of our product and the benefits it has to offer.

· To grow our base of OEMs that fit TankSafe® on the production line.

· To be so prominent in the marketplace that when anyone talks about anti-siphon devices, the only name mentioned is TankSafe®.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

Relaxing and reading a book, listening to music, and spending time with my son Bradd, daughter Christy, daughter-in-law Ash, and my three amazing grandchildren Jack (5 years) Ollie (2.5 years) and Zoey-Jane (11 weeks).

Nelson Mandela, Princess Diana, and Chris Evert Lloyd.
